In consideration for allowing me to participate in programs sponsored by FoHi Improv and further in consideration of FoHi Improv allowing me to enter and use the facilities owned, leased or otherwise provided by FoHi Improv and its employees. By checking this box, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FoHi Improv and its agents and employees from any and all claims arising out of my participation, and my family's participation, in any programs or classes at the FoHi Improv facilities (including private property owned by teachers and instructors). This includes all claims, actions, causes of action and damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage, arising out of my participation in any program or activity through FoHi Improv. Unless otherwise notified, my attendance at any FoHi Improv class and/or participation in any FoHi Improv performance, whether in person or online, constitutes my consent to being photographed or recorded (video or audio) and to FoHi Improv's use of such photos and/or recordings on its website, social media accounts, and other promotional materials.
